About the event
The Musa Burj, located within the fort, is a high tower that offers a panoramic view of the surrounding area. During a heritage walk at the Musa Burj, visitors can learn about the history of the fort and the Sultanate, and take in the breathtaking view of the city.
The heritage walk is led by Sibghat Khan, who has conducted more than 70 heritage walks in the Deccan. We will be learning the history, architecture, and cultural significance of the fort and the Musa Burj. The inscriptions at the Burj also provide insight into the life of the Sultanate, the importance of the fort as a strategic location, and the unique features of its architecture.
The walk is through the army territory so we request you to produce any ID to establish your identity to enter the premises. Limited slots available.
