If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date. To request a refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for the refund request. We will review your request and if it is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and reason for the cancellation. If the order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it and you will need to follow the Refunds process.
For digital products, such as online courses, webinars, and e-books, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once access has been granted.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt and we will send you a replacement item. If a replacement is not available, we will process a refund to the original payment method.
Shipping and Handling:
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item is damaged or defective.
