About the event
Walking the historic precinct of Jahan Numa, using a 100 year old map! Jahan Numa, meaning all-reflecting, a place that once offered a panaromic view of the city. Jahan Numa and Falaknuma were once famous for their gardens and palaces. It was also home to the Jahan Numa Lancers of the Hyderabad Army. Over the past seven decades, much has changed in and around Jahan Numa, with only a few remaining structures from the bygone eras. We start at the RTC Depot at Falaknuma at 8 AM and visit Jahan Numa. We end the walk at Chashma e Bibi by 1030 AM.
Note: We will not be going to the Falaknuma Palace.
