About the event
As we said, the second edition of Biryani Day is here, a day just to appreciate flavours of the Hyderabadi Biryani, prepared by the most experienced of Hyderabadi  Bawarchis, cooked to perfection on firewood with utmost care and  hygiene. You get to learn how authentic Hyderabadi biryani is prepared by chefs, the art of serving it and the subtleness of the flavours of a recipe perfected through generations.
